Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or style within 30 days of receiving your order, depending on product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a full refund or the option to select an alternative product.

  • Non-returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of defects or errors on our part:

    • Custom-made or personalized items
    • Sale or clearance items (unless specifically noted as returnable)
    • Gift cards or vouchers
    • Items that have been worn, used, or altered

2. How to Return or Exchange an Item

If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide you with specific instructions on how to return the item(s). This will help us ensure that your return is processed smoothly and quickly.

  3. Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the item(s) to prevent any damage during return shipping. Make sure all original tags, packaging, and accessories are included. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.

  4. Return Shipping: Please use a trackable shipping service to return your items. We recommend that you insure the return shipment for your protection, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item unless it is tracked. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in this policy.

  5. Processing Your Return/Exchange: After we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be processed based on the availability of stock. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

  • Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item. If the return is due to our mistake, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be for the price of the product(s) only.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with a return or exchange for the correct product. In these cases, SPRUCITEINO will cover the return shipping costs, and you will receive a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.

  • Return Instructions: When returning damaged or defective items, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label and further instructions to ensure that the process is hassle-free.

  • Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned damaged or defective item(s), we will inspect it to determine the cause of the issue and ensure it meets the criteria for a full refund or exchange.

5. International Returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be incurred when returning an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item to ensure it reaches us safely. SPRUCITEINO is not responsible for any lost returns during transit. Please also be aware that international returns may take longer to process due to customs.
