1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

We offer a range of shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Shipping times and costs may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): Typically 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): Typically 2-3 business days.
  • Next-Day Shipping (Domestic): Available in select locations. This option guarantees delivery by the next business day.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times generally range from 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country.

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and your delivery location. Below are our domestic shipping options:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $50 within the United States.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout for orders under $50.
  • Expedited Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method and your location.
  • Next-Day Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout for eligible locations.

For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated during checkout based on the destination country and shipping method selected.

3. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. After processing, your order will be shipped based on the shipping method selected during checkout.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

4. Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after the order is dispatched. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your package. If you do not receive tracking information or have trouble tracking your order, please contact our customer service team.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States and select international locations. If your country is not listed during checkout, please check back periodically as we may expand our international shipping options.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas due to shipping carrier restrictions.

6. International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be applied by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and must be paid directly to the customs authorities upon delivery.

  • Shipping Times: International shipping times may vary based on the destination country. Generally, delivery takes between 7-14 business days. However, please note that customs processing may cause additional delays.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time or if you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. However, once the package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, SPRUCITEINO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

8. Return Shipping

In the event that you need to return an item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item). Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for further details on the return process.
