1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our services and hope to offer international shipping in the future.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options, and delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day (Available for orders placed before 12 PM EST on weekdays)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as weather, holidays, and the courier service’s availability.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will be able to review your shipping cost before completing your purchase. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $100. For orders under $100, a shipping fee will apply.
  • Expedited Shipping: An additional charge based on your location.
  • Next-Day Shipping: An additional charge based on your location.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations.

4. Order Processing Time

Once your payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing your order. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). If there are any issues with your order, such as an out-of-stock product, we will contact you as soon as possible.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website or directly from your account on our website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a valid street address when placing your order.

7. Delays and Issues

While we strive to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered on time, delays can occur due to factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or issues with the shipping carrier. In such cases, we ask for your patience and understanding.

8. Shipping Insurance

For higher-value orders, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your package in case of damage or loss during transit. Insurance options are available during checkout.

9. Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected time frame, or if it is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and help resolve the issue.
